With respect to the online reservation system for Prada Rong Zhai (hereinafter the “Reservation System”), you hereby acknowledge that the personal data you provide to Prada S.p.A., operating holding company of PRADA Group with registered office at Via A. Fogazzaro 28, 20135 Milan (Italy), and its subsidiary Prada Fashion Commerce (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, with registered office at Rooms 4109 & 4110, 41/F, Plaza 66 Office Tower Two, No. 1366 Nan Jing Xi Road, Jing An District, Shanghai (both hereinafter referred to as “PRADA”), by completing the fields contained in the table contained in this page is essential to complete your reservation on the Reservation System and that such data shall be processed by PRADA for the purposes of the Reservation System.

You hereby expressly authorize PRADA to collect, process, store and otherwise use such personal data for the purposes of conducting and administering your reservation on the Reservation System, in compliance with the applicable data protection laws, including the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. In particular, you warrant the authenticity and truthfulness of the personal data you supplied herein and acknowledge and agree that your data may be used by PRADA to verify the identity of the person making the reservation on the Reservation System, to contact you for any communication or information related to the reservation and for any other uses and purposes connected to the completion of the reservation. Further, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred by PRADA to other companies within the PRADA Group for the purposes of the processing your reservation on the Reservation System.

Furthermore, and subject to your prior consent, your Personal Data may be processed for the following purposes:

(a) for marketing purposes, including sending you and/or contacting you (by post, telephone, email and other form of electronic communication) regarding information and promotions, including of a commercial nature, advertising material, catalogues and invitations to events, related to the Prada Group’s products and services;

(b) for profiling purposes, i.e. for the performance of studies, analyses and statistical and/or market researches, with relation to your preferences on our products, so that a service personalized to your needs may be offered, and to promote cultural and recreational activities that may be of interest to you.

The processing of your Personal Data for the purposes referred to at letters (a) and (b) is optional and subject to your prior and explicit consent. Refusal to give your consent may result in our not being able to inform you of any initiatives that may interest you and/or send you any other information of a commercial nature on products, initiatives and events of the Prada Group.

Please note also that in the event that you consent to the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes referred to at the above letters (a) and (b), your data will be automatically visible to and shared with at all Prada Group stores (inside and outside of the European Union), which will take all appropriate security and confidentially measures required by related applicable legislation.
